CONCLUDING REMARK

The organizer expressly reserves the right to make changes to the program and is not liable for the possible prevention of a lecturer. In the event that a lecturer is prevented from attending, the organizer tries to engage an equally established lecturer. For all disputes concerning application and participation in the ACADEMY | PERCUSSION MEETS IDENTITY, Austrian law applies exclusively and the jurisdiction of the competent court in Graz is expressly agreed.

SEVERABILITY CLAUSE

Should a provision of these GTC be invalid or void, it shall be replaced by a provision that comes closest to the purpose of the invalid provision. The validity of the remaining provisions of these General Terms and Conditions shall remain unaffected.

It is expressly pointed out that in the event that a course cannot be held, for example due to the small number of participants or other exceptional situations in Austria (over which we have no influence because they are subject to force majeure), the organiser will not accept any cancellation fees.
